• Customer contact data synchronized from those systems into your CRM workspace.

This data is used only to provide the features you have enabled inside Peachy Assist, such as unified inbox, AI assistance, routing, and automation.

We use Gmail and related Google API data only to:

• Read and organize your mail in a unified inbox when you have enabled that feature.
• Generate summaries, translations, and AI-assisted replies that you or your team review or trigger.
• Extract contacts, leads, and structured data for your CRM when you request those automations.

• Store or access your Google account password.
• Use Gmail data to build advertising profiles.

4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Other Integrations

When you connect Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts, WhatsApp, or other third party services to Peachy Assist, we use their official APIs and tokens to access only the data needed for:

• Receiving and displaying messages, comments, and mentions in your unified inbox.
• Sending replies, posts, and messages that you or your team create or approve.
• Synchronizing contacts and customer interactions into your CRM workspace.

We do not access private content unrelated to the connected business accounts, and we do not share these messages with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with applicable law.
